Here are the public party boats that go out deep sea fishing and bay fishing. Each below offer 8 or 10 or 12 hr. trips - I have been on all of boats and prefer the 12 hr trip - same amount of fishing time - just further out in deeper water. Both boats are great and cost about the same. Remember to add about $10 per person - for food and drink if you don't bring any and about $5 to $10 per person as a tip to the crew - they will earn every dollar of it.
Both of the above fishing boats have 1/2 day and whole day bay fishing available - for about $25 per person. salt water fishing licenses required.
Galveston Fishing Guides - If you want 1/2 or full day of bay fishing for just your family - salt water fishing licenses required - this is the boat! About $120 per person - up to 4 or 5 people for full day.
